Tell us what you do and where you work.
We run ten trades across three regions, and the work does not stop at one state line. Whether you run your own crew and want steady work, or you are looking for a job, start here.

Who this is for
Two different conversations, one form.
Trade partners and subcontractors. We take on work across ten trades and three regions, and we bring in trade partners where a job needs a specialist licence, a permit, or simply more hands than we have that week. If you run your own crew and you want work that arrives with a scope and a schedule rather than a scramble, tell us what you cover.
People looking for a job. If you would rather be on a payroll than run a business, say so on the form. Tell us the trades you have actually worked in, roughly how long, and how far you can travel.
Either way we would rather read four honest lines than a formatted resume. Tell us what you do well, what you would rather not touch, and which of the three regions you can reach.
What we look for
The same things a homeowner does.
You turn up when you said you would
Most of what goes wrong on a job is a scheduling failure, not a technical one. If you say Tuesday morning, we are telling a homeowner Tuesday morning.
You diagnose before you quote
A stained ceiling can be the roof or a pipe. We would rather pay for half an hour of finding out than send someone to fix the wrong thing.
You say something when the scope moves
Scope moves on older houses. We stop and talk to the homeowner before anything changes, and that only works if you tell us first.
You carry whatever your trade requires
Different trades and different states ask for different things. Tell us what you hold and we will go through the specifics with you directly, not through a web form.
